Department OverviewThe Trauma Registry Abstractor collects, abstracts and codes data for patients with traumatic injuries using both ICD-10 and the Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS). This position reviews medical records and identifies reportable cases and collects required data related to severity and cause of injury, course of care and outcome.
