Advance Practice Provider - Complex Heart Valve Clinic
Department OverviewThe appointee shall provide both inpatient and outpatient initial consultation for Complex Heart Valve Clinic patients as well as inpatient and outpatient consultative follow up and care prior to and after procedures. This will include peri-procedural and post-procedural phases of care. The appointee will be directed/supervised by Heart Valve team physicians, to include invasive and noninvasive cardiologists and surgeons that work together in a management team. This position works with students, residents and fellows in teaching about the consistent standard of care within the Complex Heart Valve Clinic, as well as supporting the orientation and training of new staff caring for Complex Heart Valve Clinic patients.
