Revenue Cycle Specialist Float Follow-up 1 (Patient Account Representative 2)
Department OverviewThis position primarily works from home processes and documents transactions on key accounts and acts as a resource to other staff for troubleshooting and resolving difficult account issues. The Patient Accounts Representative 2 (PAR 2) processes billing for Professional and clinic patient charges and is responsible for the collection and resolution of Insurances balances. The PAR 2 specializes in providing excellent customer service to patients, responsible parties, and representatives from 3rd party payors, and other OHSU and FPP employees.
