Manager, Employee and Labor Relations
The Human Resources Manager is the manager of the HRBP team assigned to OHSUs Mission and serves as a strategic partner and management coach to organization leaders, developing and executing equitable, proactive, business-focused initiatives that help build and support OHSUs commitment to people and culture initiatives. This position is focused on maximizing OHSUs effectiveness by providing expertise around people and culture to employees and leaders. The HR Manager will supervise a team of HR professionals (e.g. Senior HR BPS, HRBPs and Coordinators) that is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies focused on organizational effectiveness, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, talent management, employee relations, and labor relations.
