The OHSU Division of Nephrology and Hypertensionprovides consultative and follow-up care for patients with all types of kidney disease and hypertension. Our faculty actively participate in the full range of academic activities: basic science research, clinical research, and teaching. The Division strives to be among the leaders in the training of nephrologists for both academic careers and clinical practice.
The Administrative Coordinator (AC) provides management and coordination of numerous administrative aspects for the multiple office locations for the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension. The position will provide confidential and executive level support to the Division Manager and Division Head, as well as general support to the division faculty. The AC will also assist in the research mission, including grant preparation, budgeting, and management responsibilities. Website management and application of data analytics will be required to support Division activities across the missions.
Four years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
Associates degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
Bachelors degree and two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
An equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience managing high level projects
Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite, and database management
Experience with financial reconciliation
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods of time in a professional office environment
Ability to work at a computer for up totwo hour periods
