ARMHS Worker
OBJECTIVE/OVERVIEW:This position is one of 7 positions which provide “Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS).” This service or function is defined in State Statute as providing skill building, education and training to people experiencing serious mental illness (adults with SMI) which are rehabilitative and enable the recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, independent living, parenting skills, and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness. The clinic is certified by the State of Minnesota to provide these services to eligible participants.
