The Division of Pulmonary Medicine provides clinical care in pediatric pulmonology and cystic fibrosis at Doernbecher Childrens Hospital, a 151 bed hospital-within-a-hospital associated with OHSU, and a member of NACHRI, as well as Doernbecher Childrens Hospital Outpatient Clinics. Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine also provides outreach clinics to various locations across the Portland Metro Area and throughout the state.

The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology in the Department of Pediatrics, Doernbecher Childrens Hospital, at Oregon Health & Science University, is seeking a full-time academic Pediatric Pulmonologist at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.
The ideal candidate will have an academic clinical focus that could include participation in clinical research, education and quality improvement projects.
The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology has the only accredited Pediatric CF center in the State of Oregon, with greater than 250 patients, and is a member of the CFF TDN and CF Learning Network. The division provides a full complement of services including state of the art bronchoscopy services, PFT laboratories, a Sleep Center, an Aerodigestive Center, and a diagnostic NPD laboratory.The ideal candidate would provide excellence in clinical care and teaching, including skills in flexible bronchoscopy and PFT interpretation. Ample opportunity to establish an independent focus in a collegial and expanding division will be provided. Opportunity to build an interdisciplinary neuromuscular clinic is available.
The Department of Pediatrics is committed to the development of an expanding Pediatric Pulmonology Medicine Program, growing to 6 full time Pediatric Pulmonologists with the current recruitment.
MD/DO degree and Oregon medical license.
Completion of a GME certified pediatric pulmonary medicine fellowship and be board certified or eligible.
