Chemeketa Community College welcomes applications for a full-time Systems Analyst-Business Services.
Chemeketa Community College seeks a knowledgeable business analyst with technical savvy and aptitude to work as an embedded resource for Business Services under the supervision of IT. This position, in collaboration with other highly skilled professionals from the college's information technology department, will be responsible for providing functional support of processes and systems utilized by the business services department. The role includes determining needs within the business services functional areas, reviewing system upgrades, modifications and enhancements and their impact on processes, and designing project implementation plans. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis practices and processes with the ability and drive to dive into the technical aspects of the related systems.

$4,648.00 - $7,394.00 Monthly
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any field -AND- Five (5) years of relevant full-time work experience
OR Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in any field and seven years of relevant full-time work experience.
OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience that would qualify the candidate for this position.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
Full time work experience in a Business Services/Office, Finance, Student Financial Services, Budget or other similar department at a college or university
Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of higher education (such as Ellucian's Banner, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.) as a functional end user.
Experience providing technical assistance to functional users
Experience in business intelligence, data analytic or data reporting tools such as: Argos, Cognos, Crystal Reports, etc.
Experience in facilitating development, implementation and maintenance of systems
Familiarity with privacy practices and laws (e.g. FERPA, PCIDSS, Red Flag, etc.)
Experience with Nelnet Business Solutions or other e-commerce system
