OHSU is looking for an image and quantitative data analyst/engineer to join the laboratory of Dr. Tania Vu. This person will develop and apply imaging method/processes on different commercial and custom data platforms to extract image data from next-generation, high-content single cell imaging microscopy platform for precision oncology.

This position will involve self-management of clinical-translation, cancer-focused data pipelines and teamwork interaction in team-collaborative projects composed of biologists and clinicians, physicists, computational scientists in the Knight Cancer Institute and Center for Spatial Systems Biology, as well as industrial partners.
Masters Degree with major courses in relevant field and 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelors Degree with major courses in field of research and 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent understanding of mathematical underpinnings of algorithms
A mind-set for rapidly implementing practical solutions
Expertise in microscopy/imaging/design of imaging software
Proven ability to organize research results for publication and presentations
