This position supports Little Vikings Flexible Childcare Center and Baby Vikings Childcare Center. These centers are under Services for Students with Children, supporting SSWC’s mission is to support students with children in achieving their academic goals. These 2 small childcare centers run primarily on an hourly care model, to provide flexibility for student parents. The Administrative Assistant will greet families and children in a warm and friendly manner, and carry out a range of responsibilities that support program administration. Key duties include processing invoices for payment, assisting with daily schedule, and maintaining procurement card and staff training records.

Experience working with young children and/or in a childcare setting Customer Service Proficient in ProCare Childcare Management program Billing and Invoicing Working knowledge of Banner, Excel and Google Drive Current CPR and First Aid certifications or able to obtain within 30 days.
