The Department of Psychology at BARNARDCOLLEGE, COLUMBIAUNIVERSITY seeks a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Social Psychology or a related subfield. Candidates should provide evidence of excellence in research, teaching, and advising, and are expected to establish an active, externally funded research program. Teaching responsibilities are 4 courses per year, likely including Social Psychology and an upper-level seminars and lectures in an area of specialization.

Required Qualification Summary:
Applicants must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology or related discipline at time of appointment, a distinguished record of scholarly publication or promise of such, proven capacity for teaching excellence at the college level, and ability and desire to perform service within the department, college, and university.
