Under direct supervision, provide food services to CTRC inpatients and outpatients according to protocol specifications and research procedures. Maintains research kitchen, equipment and supplies. Main duties are assisting with preparing recipes/weighing food items for use in research diets and assisting with provision of snacks to outpatients who come to clinic fasting.
