This position is a full-time Assistant Professor who will teach up to two courses per semester and may teach first-year and/or required course(s). Our curricular interests include Environmental and Natural Resources Law, including the upper-level Environmental Law survey course, Water Law and, especially, Environmental Justice; and at least one first-year or other required course, with particular interest in Property Law and Business Law courses. This position is scheduled to begin in August of 2020. Law faculty provide instruction to law students, service to the law school and University, and engage with other professionals and the public to contribute to the intellectual exchange of ideas, to improve the law, and to educate the profession and the public about the law.
●Juris Doctor or equivalent degree earned from an ABA-accredited law school or its equivalent; ●Demonstrated record of academic excellence; ●Evidence of superior recommendations; and ●Demonstrated record of excellent teaching or an ability to become an excellent teacher.
