Reporting to the Director of Communications and Special Projects, the Manager of Communications and Events is responsible for helping to advance the College's communications strategy to both external and internal audiences. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing communications plans for events and special projects that enhance the College's positioning and brand; developing and executing communications plans for Barnard's internal and external audiences; and partnering with and supporting the overall communications needs of the College.
Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field required, Master's preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in communications or related field, including experience in identifying target audiences and creating campaigns to engage them
