Provides direction for the University in the adoption, integration, monitoring, and support of client facing technologies, campus-wide services, management of field technicians and user oriented devices; provides cost-effective high-quality support services that enhance the teaching & research mission of the University. Assists with and/or administers, maintains and reports budget(s) as delegated.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Sciences or a related field; minimum of five (5) years' experience in medium to large business technology support, customer relations management and related services.
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Sciences or a related field; technical and/or managerial experience in college and/or university administration.
