Duties will include the provision of clinical care to patients of the OHSU Hospital and Clinics, including attending and consultation, seizure monitoring facility (EMU) and the supervision of technicians appointed to perform its functions. Position will participate in EEG service responsibilities. Teach medical students, house staff, fellows, technicians and the regional medical community. Participate in the epilepsy center program of scholarly research activity directed toward improved understanding of the causes, detection and treatment of neurological disorders, particularly those related to seizure and epilepsy. Engage in public service through consultative activities with non-University groups. Participate in the administration of the Department of Neurology and the School of Medicine as directed by the Department Chair.
